Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. If your area is serviceable by courier, we’ll deliver it!

You’ll see the delivery time clearly mentioned on each product page.

  • Products from our local warehouses are delivered in 3–7 working days.

  • Products shipped from our China warehouse take 10–18 days.

We always mention “Shipped from China” on the product page. Don’t worry — delivery is reliable and flat shipping fee is still Rs. 200 (some products are free delivery).

Our standard shipping fee is Rs. 200.

Some items offer Free Delivery, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Direct Bank Transfer

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash Transfer

Some products may require advance payment — this will also be mentioned on the product page. Card payments are coming soon.

Yes, you can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order. To return, simply contact us and follow the steps we’ll provide.

Once your return is approved, we will issue your refund directly to your bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash wallet. Please allow up to 20 days for the full process.

Custom-made, personalized, or gift items that are made on demand are not eligible for return or refund. These items will always be clearly marked on the product page.
