You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is in its original condition and unused
- The original packaging is intact
- The request is submitted within the return window
Products that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
- Custom-designed products (e.g., personalized items, printed gifts)
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- Items damaged due to misuse or customer handling
3. How to Request a Return

4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds are processed within up to 20 business days
- Refunds are issued via bank transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash, as per your provided details
You may be asked to share your account or wallet details for the refund. We do not offer refunds in the form of store credit or digital wallet.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
- In all other cases, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility
6. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
